FAQ

You’ve got the questions and we’ve got the answers.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: The short answer; NO. The longer answer is that we stand behind our selection of cards, so why would you want to cancel?!

Q: If I go with the monthly subscription when will I be charged?
A: You’ll be charged with the first shipment and every month after on the anniversary of your first order.

Q: What’s the quality of a P!CK Card like?
A: It's great! We use high quality cards and can offer them to you at a reduced rate because we are strictly online. Since we don’t have to pay for a bricks and mortar store we can pass the savings onto our P!CKERS!

Q: Do I get to P!CK my own cards?
A: Sure, but why would you want to? It’s just easier when we P!CK for you (plus you save money that way)... but if you insist on P!CKing your own, feel free to purchase from our single card catalogue.

Q: How much do I really save with the P!CK packages?
A: We’ve done the math to break it down for you. Lets just say, P!CK can really save you $$$.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: All of our packages include shipping. Any single card purchases are subject to a $1.50 charge. This is why we recommend our packages! You get all the cards you need and save money!

Q: How do I change my address?
A: Super simple. Send an email to info@pickcards.ca and one of our awesome sisters will get that adjusted for you!

Q: When should I expect my cards?
A: Canada Post says they take 5-10 business days to deliver your awesome cards, but we’ve seen people get them the next day. We suggest starting your subscription at least 10 days before you need your first card.

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: Not yet! But we are working on it. Stay tuned!

Q: What currency am I charged?
A: Since we only ship within Canada you will be charged in Canadian currency. This is the default currency on our website. You will also be charged GST/HST/PST/RST based on the tax laws for the final province.

Q: What about returns, or further shipping information?
A: All cards are final sale. Sorry, it's like underwear, you don't want to use someone else’s underwear, so why would you want someone else’s card?

Q: I’ve got more questions, who can I ask for answers?
A: Head over to our contact page and feel free to reach out.
